VERY originates in Uscha Pohl’s Tribeca – NY art and fashion space UP & CO

VERY UP & CO was one of the first enterprises initiating the “crossover” movement of the fashion / art / design hybrid in the late ‘90s. “Crossing over” is to be differentiated from the “merger” situation that followed suit: at VERY UP & CO different disciplines are featured side by side, parallel to one another. While individual work can address more than one field, key is its integrity in each discipline, however many it might relate to.

VERY magazine, the “mother” of VERY publications represents this multifaceted view of art and creation and being more “curated” than edited, VERY features artist collaborations, combining the past with the present to find answers for the future.
