VERY currently publishes:

magazine, launched in 1997
VERYstyleguide: City Guides, Ecological City Guides and VERY Fashion (launched in 2000)
VERYstylemap, Ecological Cities

VERY originates in Uscha Pohl’s Tribeca - NY art and fashion space UP & CO, which opened in 1996.

VERY UP & CO was one of the first enterprises initiating the “crossover” movement of the fashion / art / design hybrid in the late ‘90s. “Crossing over” is to be differentiated from the “merger” situation that followed suit: at VERY UP & CO different disciplines are featured side by side, parallel to one another. While individual work can address more than one field, key is its integrity in each discipline, however many it might relate to.

VERY magazine, the “mother” of VERY publications represents this multifaceted view of art and creation and being more “curated” than edited, VERY features artist collaborations, combining the past with the present to find answers for the future.
A new online version of the magazine is currently being developed, with a launch date of autumn 2012. It's in the 'preview' stage and you can check out the latest issues on it, here:

VERY CITY guides represent the cities through the eyes of who’s hip and knowing in fashion, music and art. With the launch of VERY ECOLOGICAL CITIES, each guide proposes ecological/sustainable/ethical options in our daily life. Current editions: LONDON, NEW YORK, PARIS, BERLIN; Special edition: RIO DE JANEIRO; Upcoming: MILAN, ROME, BUENOS AIRES, LIMA, ISTANBUL.

VERYstylemap ECOLOGICAL CITY is the accompanying map to your VERY ethical choices. VERY FASHION guides are the essential pocket book for the fashion business-international traveller.

VERY FASHION guides are the essential pocket book for the fashion business-international traveler.

VERY UP & CO is based in London as well as New York, and Paris. Since 1998 Uscha Pohl lectures menswear at the Royal College of Art in London; she consults in fashion and collaborates with a spectrum of artists.

All VERY Publications are edited and published by founder/owner Uscha Pohl.
